The location of the hotel was convenient, surrounded by new buildings and skyscrapers. The lobby was well-lit and welcoming, giving a luxurious impression. The room was spacious and well-designed, with modern amenities including a large TV screen. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, and the staff provided good service, assisting with freezing items and being courteous.
The staff's English proficiency was limited, making communication difficult. the rooms were not soundproof, causing disturbances from the road outside.

The staff seemed to struggle with English, so it was difficult to get assistance from them. the walls were really thin and it was difficult to sleep due to all the noise coming from both inside and outside the hotel.

This hotel is truly luxurious, offering exclusive amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. The private facilities in our room were outstanding, with a comfortable and spacious living area, a large bathroom with a hot tub and a huge and very comfortable bed. The restaurant offered a great variety of delicious dishes and the service was excellent. The location advantages were also a plus, as it was located near several shopping centers and tourist attractions.
The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that the swimming pool was a bit small and not very well-maintained. However, this did not affect our stay as we did not plan to spend much time at the pool.
